I have been hyping The Barn movie for months now and it's almost here, but they still need your help with the finishing touches. Over on Indiegogo.com writer/director Justin Seaman has set up a campaign to raise the final 15 grand to complete the film.
Here is the synopsis in the event this is your first time hearing of this. Its Halloween 1989, best friends Sam and Josh are trying to enjoy what's left of their final Devil's Night before graduating high school. But trouble arises when the two pals and a group of friends take a detour on their way to a rock concert, finding an old abandoned barn and awakening the evil inside. Now it's up to Sam and Josh to find a way to protect their friends and defeat the creatures that lurk within "The Barn".
Now I could sit here a beat a dead horse about why indie horror needs to be supported, but you know all that already. Hollywood doesn't make a film because they love it or have a passion to see it brought to screen, they make it in hopes of turning a huge profit. So when a guy like Justin comes along, has nothing but passion and a desire to take us back to the heyday of horror we should support him and spread the word.
Head over to THE BARN INDIEGOGO and checkout all the awesome stuff they are offering the backers of the film. If your a horror fan or just seeking some 80's nostalgia then this is the film for you. I know the phrase "every little bit helps" gets thrown around a lot, but this is one of those times where the words couldn't be any truer. So get over there and lets see this project finished and brought to our screens.
